Jim and I have been coming to Black Butte Ranch for decades and dreamed of owning a place here to make memories, relax, and unwind. That dream became a reality. We named her Black Buttee (with 2 "ee"... a family thing) and we are excited to share her with you!

We only looked at properties that were a "stone's throw" from Glaze Meadow Pool and Rec Center because it's the place to be! We love that it is on a cul-de-sac so kids can safely ride bikes and play out front. We wanted a house that was just the right size for a cabin feel but could hold a group of people well.

Our home offers a spacious outdoor patio lounging area, hammock, jacuzzi, and ping pong table. We're just a walk away from the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center, equipped with a pool and hot tub, workout facility, bike rentals, spa, tennis courts, horseshoes, pickleball, basketball, golf, boules and easy access to bike trails out the back deck. The list goes on! There's something for everyone to do here.
